What we process and why

When you write to us. If you contact us by email, we process your email address, your name and anything you include in your message. We use it only to answer your inquiry and to continue the conversation you started, including information about our projects and ownership options you asked for. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and, where you ask about a purchase, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and longer only where the law requires it.

When you leave us your email. If you enter your email address in the form on this website, we store it together with the project you are interested in (or all our projects), the language and page of the form, the time and the version of the information shown next to the form. We use it only to send you news about our projects. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, and we will delete your address. Otherwise we keep it for as long as we send news about the project you chose.

To protect the form against spam robots we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads only after you click into the email field and processes technical data about your browser and connection, such as your IP address, to tell people from robots. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). More in Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.

When you visit this website. The website has no user accounts and no tracking. To deliver the pages and protect them against abuse, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested and the time of the request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. There is therefore nothing to consent to or to switch off. Only when you start filling in the email form, Cloudflare Turnstile may store a small technical record in your browser to check that you are not a robot; this is necessary for sending the form.

Who receives the data

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting the website and protecting the form and Microsoft Corporation for email. Email addresses from the form are stored in Google Sheets, a service of Google Ireland Limited. Where data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.gov.cz).
