Drátovna Mountain Resort

Deep in the forests of the Jeseníky mountains, an intimate mountain resort is being created, built around the most precious elements the local wilderness has to offer - peace and pure, unspoiled nature. The site of the former wire factory near Filipovice is surrounded by deep forests, meadows, and a picturesque stream that naturally frames the entire area. It’s a place where you won’t just stop for a weekend. It’s a place you’ll want to return to.

The project sensitively follows the original character of the area and blends it with contemporary architecture. The historic building remains preserved and, after careful reconstruction, becomes the natural center of the entire complex. Five new mountain cottages with apartments and two more intimate apartment buildings partially embedded in the terrain are freely added to it. This is not an ordinary recreational resort, but a relaxed settlement in the landscape - quiet and respectful of the place in which it is created.
